Recommendations on a Social Media Management Software for a small Short Term Rental business?

It's gotten to the point with our business, that's it's getting really hard to keep up with social media, and manually building my social media calendar out each month. We're getting super busy this year and we'll have about 12 properties under our belt by the summer time. I do the marketing, but also help with office tasks, guest communication, photos, video, etc. We only use Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram for social media at this point.

I need a Social Media Management Software to help me keep track of every, and reuse content where it's needed. I've tried Buffer, and it's nice but has some quirks I'd rather not have. Meta's scheduling tool is a pain. And, back in the day when I used to run multiple social media accounts, I used Hootsuite...but they're so expensive now. I've looked at Content360.io and PaddyPost because they are a one time fee. But, I'm at the point that I have no clue which one to pick to use, and I'm needing one soon. Anyone have any recommendations?
