Over 3 months in: Is it time to have the DTR talk?? Or continue to enjoy the ride ?

I 35 (F) met someone 46 (M) on the apps at the end of last year. I wasn’t really expecting to meet someone I actually vibed with and was more looking for casual NSA type connection just because of what I have going on in my life. Well fast forward, I ended up meeting a divorcee dad on the apps and we’ve spent the last 3 months really getting to know each other. We have small chats about beliefs and goals for relational aspects. We both have similar hobbies and we see each other probably 1-2 times a week. We both have kids the exact same ages and we have nearly identical custody schedules. We are also in agreement of not introducing kids into the mix unless we know way later down the line that we are wanting to be together.

This past weekend he wanted to get together for a hike and introduce me to his good friends. So we did. It was a good time all around but it left me wondering if this is moving more into relationship territory and less casual territory? That being said, I do enjoy my time with him and he enjoys his time with me. I wonder if it’s potentially time to have the chat of DTR or if we should just chill and continue to enjoy our time together?

I’m not seeing anyone else and am not active on the apps anymore. Just because I found when I still had the apps while dating him made it hard to focus on what we have going on and I also wasn’t being fair to potential matches as I found myself drifting and not being as engaging anyways. When do you typically have the talk with someone you’re starting to really connect with ?
