What to choose?

Given a 14" MacBook Pro; in my country an M5 chip with 32 GB memory has practically the same price as an M5 Pro chip with 24 GB memory. What is the best option: to maximize the CPU/GPU or the memory?

I have a standard developer workflow. Some IDEs, some browser tabs, source code compilation, and so on. I am really lost on this one, but I may believe the M5 chip has enough juice and that the memory additional becomes a bonus.

Any thoughts?
