Looking for an Exchange for S23 ultra with iPhone 15 pro

Hi Guys I’ve got an exchange offer for my S23 ultra 8/256 with an iPhone 15pro 256 and 15k extra cash to be paid from my side. iPhone is in very neat condition like brand new but display changed with an original but used display of another 15 pro. Please let me know if it’s a fair deal or not.
