Grey/white lines appearing on monitor

So I just moved apartments, and I just noticed today that one of my monitors has some random flickers on my main screen, a white/gray thick line flickers over the screen for a nano second.

When I was moving, I didnt let my pc stand up right (so the pci connection would bend or break, had it in my lap when we were driving)

I did twist the cables a lot tho when packing those down (DisplayPort) so it could be that one of the cables is bad

So my question is basically, what should I try?

Tested the fitting on the cable, that was fine

Gonna try installing new drivers

Maybe try to reseat the gpu?
