Honest reviews on these apartments?

Hey everyone! I'm looking at two apartments here in Abilene, Lofts at Allen Ridge and Virtu on Denali. Does anyone live there or have experience with either one? I want real honest reviews, not just what's on Google lol. Would you recommend them? What's management like, any issues with maintenance, noise, or safety? Anything you wish you knew before moving in? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!
