Need Help Looking for a Place to Stay

Hello, my two roommates and I (three people) are looking for a triple sharing 1 bhk to stay in the Marol to Chakala line. Our budget is 30-40k. If you have any leads, DM. Thanks!

Also, the room has to have AC.
