Our last statement on this matter.

We felt it important to post here: Since the Early Access release of Peace Island one week ago, we have been the subject of intense online harassment across our social media that culminated in two individuals sending death threats to members of the team earlier this week.

After this incident was reported to authorities, this harassment significantly decreased.

However: After doing a search via Intelius, we discovered that several people who have been harassing us across our social media were also members of the same far right/Charlie Kirk forum as one of the individuals who sent the threatening letters.

You see: All of these individuals apparently never heard of getting a sockpuppet email address or a VPN, and were doing all of this under their regular email addresses - not very smart. It took us less than 30 minutes to figure all of this out.

Now - we are not saying that there is not legitimate criticism of our game:

Yes- it is buggy - this is why they call it Early Access. We're trying to fix it.

Yes - there are a few AI images we were not aware of - we are removing them.

Yes - Things are not triple-A quality. We're just a tiny team of three people.

We are doing the damned best we can, and we share the frustration that some people have expressed over the game's state over the past week.

However - this inexplicable, ginned-up anger has landed two young men in trouble with the law, and with FBI files that will follow them for the rest of their lives.

It has gone too far, and it will end, now - liars and provocateurs get banned..
