i want to reach out to my ex boyfriend, we were together almost 7 years and have been broken up for two weeks

My ex boyfriend (25M) broke up with me (23F) after almost 7 years together. He said he fell out of love with me and struggled with the idea of getting married and having a family in the next 10 years of his life. We had spoken seriously about marriage and he had told me to elope but i preferred to have an engagement that obviously never came. He said he was too young and wanted to "experience" and didn't want to keep wasting both of our times. He was lovely and treated me by pet names until the very last day that he decided to end things, making me even more confused. He even talked about our future family the same week and was planning trips and outings with me until the very last day.

I am convinced that he still had love in his heart for me and cutting off all contact with him so fast and hard has been debilitating. Its been almost two weeks since we broke up and I want to reach out so bad but my pride wont let me. Any advice on how to get through this?
