I am a professional expat woman renting a pleasant 3-bedroom apartment near Granada Mall in a well-maintained complex with good neighbors. Looking for a female professional to share the apartment.

Rent will be split 50/50, while utilities (electricity, cleaning, etc.) shared based on actuals.

I'm fairly easy going and maintain a calm, clean, and respectful home environment, so I would ideally prefer someone with a similar lifestyle. No pets and male visitors at home (unless family members).
