Has anyone actually noticed a difference using magnesium or B2 for migraines?
I've been dealing with migranes lately, usually a few times a month, and I'm always looking for ways to reduce them without relying only on medication! So I've read that magnesium and B2 can help with this, but I haven't tried a full routine yet.
Many of my friends take it just as a daily dietary supplement, even if they don't have any problems, mostly for sleep and general health, and they recommend Magnesium Riboflavin but I'm not sure if it will actually make a difference. Has anyone actually used this? Also, does it have any other benefits besides helping with migraines?
Thanks.
