I want to warn of a problem with gameplay Ive noticed from my mapmaking and game experience. I don't wanna make a giant ass essay about it, I think these points will be fine

Due to Speed Power Creep, it's getting harder and harder to make aggressive maps that aren't straight up chaotic

This map highlights the issue. So many brawlers are able to cross entire maps with their abilities (speed, dashes etc.) that it is almost impossible to maintain control. These maps used to be very fun before but the Power Creep Is forcing mapmakers to only make passive maps for a competitive experience.

This is also affecting existing competitive maps like Double Swoosh (often teamwipe fest) and Sneaky Fields.

In short, brawlers are getting uncontrollable and able to dominate the elements of the maps

SOLUTION:

Wouldn't it be possible to extend the maps dimensions? We could make 3v3 maps longer or wider to make up for the brawlers' power increasing. In addition, we could also need new tiles that would be able to "control the Power of brawlers" (uncrossable water, tall walls. I've talked about this in my mapmaker rework and I think it could be a solution)

The Speed Power Creep and how it's silently destroying the ability to create competitive maps
