Looking for a editor for long for YouTube videos ( i have 2 channels IRL/Finance)

I’m looking to lock in with a professional video editor to become the main editor for my channel

Budget: Around $25/hour (Negotiable), or we can also work per project depending on the situation

Requirements:

• Must be experienced / professional level
• Strong portfolio of high quality edits
• Reliable and able to work consistently

⚠️ Note: I’m not paying for retards who are watching YouTube or anime during hourly work. I’m looking for someone serious about editing and delivering quality & wanna have good working experience while doing creative edits
