UK Charmed comic collectors - incentive variants and book misprints

Has anyone successfully found any of the black and white cover variants for A Thousand Deaths issues?

I also have a misprint version of one of the novels by Constance M Burge. On the spine are pictures of all three sisters but on this particular version I have one with two of the pics being Piper instead. Any ideas if this would increase value?
