Melatonin gummies

Hello! I’m curious to know everyone’s thoughts on melatonin gummies for kids. I’ve been seeing a lot of ads from Hiya and some other brands. Since my toddler hasn’t slept straight since birth, I’m considering melatonin gummies, but I’m also a bit worried about their effects.
