Jugg or Slayer for Static Strike of Gathering?

Hello, Trying to decide between Jugg or Slayer for a SSoG build but I have no idea which one is better, which would you choose?

Saw some slayer variants and also saw the build that Nugi posted with the Trauma SSoG on Jugg. Which would you pick?
