DO issues

We have a MBR plant. When looking at the trends we noticed the DO is higher on our PA1 basin vs our PA2 basin which is lower. Both are running on the same settings as far as the blowers and we are running them in a pulse mode. The issue lies is that PA2 ph is about .10 lower than PA1. This problem has me stumped. Any suggestions?
