‘Item bag full’ message

Hi all, I’m facing ‘item bag full’ message whenever I try to collect anything in Hexi region. I have 40 out of 160 items in gear bag. I restarted the game. Any ideas about it? I can’t even collect items from vultures or camels.

Please help.
