question about the 27th of march

Hello! I was wondering if it was true that on the 27th all the half off deals will be available again? I planned on buying two things from the sale but they're available on different days and I didn't wanna pay for shipping... I heard from a youtube comment that the 'look out' for the 27th is just a day where all the deals are 50% off again for one day. Can someone confirm this for me?
