Getting stereotyped and how to fix that

I’m addicted to porn and have been for years now. I’ve noticed, a lot actually that when people see me they just automatically assume I watch porn or “goon”. Shamefully, I mean it IS true but it hurts to know that just by my complexion alone people assume I’m some porn addicted degenerate. It hurts the most when I’m in the process of quitting or on long breaks from it. If anything it just makes me spiral back into it because it seems that’s all people ever assume of me. How do I go about changing this? I know quitting porn is the main reason but like I said. What else can I do to stop being stereotyped?
