Apartment/House rentals

I’m looking to move in September and wanted to start getting recommendations now. The tough part is finding something affordable, safe and worth the rent in this city. It’s been quite a struggle.

I’m looking for a 2 bedroom that is ideally a house rental or townhome as opposed to apartment but I’m keeping an open mind. I do have 2 cats so it needs to be pet friendly. I’d also love for it to be around the $1350 range but understand that it’s not an ideal range I just prefer to live alone and can’t afford $1600 by myself. I know most places don’t have washer and dryers here for some reason but if it does have a washer and dryer in unit that would be so nice.
