The way someone treats you after they’re comfortable with you reveals everything.
At the beginning, most people are careful.
They reply quickly. They listen closely. They try not to disappoint you.
But once they feel secure that you’ll stay, the real behavior slowly appears.
Effort either stays the same or it quietly drops.
Human nature often shows itself not when people are trying to impress you, but when they feel they don’t have to anymore.
Have you ever noticed how differently someone acts once they know you’re not going anywhere?
