Facebook/Meta Buisness Suite auto assign agent

If I open a buisness and wanted my Facebook/Meta Buisness Suite to auto assign messages to my agents, how would I go about it. I know I can do this manually but there has to be a automatic solution.

The reason behind this is say I have 3 agents ans one snaps up all the potential clients but then eventually leave some on read because they over swamp themselves, this also potentially leaves my other agents without leads.

Another benifit to this is if they are evenly distributed I can keep a eye on all my agents making sure they are all speaking to clients and potential sales vs letting one agent over burden themselves or drop the ball on my customers.

Is there a program or software or something that can help?
