Burlington for a Romantic Vacation?

Wife and I are thinking about visiting the area for a 3 to 4 night stay this summer. Won't be too long after our wedding. Not a "honeymoon" but would like it be an enjoyable and romantic trip. We are not "all inclusive" or "sit by the pool" or "spa" vacation types. I stead, an ideal vacation would be exploring towns and small cities, antiques, historical sites or museums, boats/boating, hiking but nothing crazy, trying restaurants, cafes etc.

Would there be enough stuff like this in the area to do if we planned it out? Other areas within a reasonable drive?

We looked at and like The Blind Tiger hotel.
