Hi. So, I pre-ordered the 512g Samsung S26Ultra in pink gold with matching pink gold bud pro 4 on reveal day, Feb 25th through Samsung. I selected to do a trade in with my paid off S23 Ultra. Well, I went out last weekend and did something I NEVER do. I lost my phone!!! I wasn’t that upset because I do have insurance.. or so I thought. I tried to make a claim Monday morning through my carrier and they told me my coverage was removed when I got a watch. Some weird tech coverage was added. I never did this but they insist it was done on the app. Mind you I have 9 devices on this account for 8+ years and my bill is $400-500 a month. I was pretty pissed off. So the phone carrier offered me to get an upgrade with them, no trade in for $900 off, waiving activation, and additional $50 off current bill. It’s a decent deal. I get the 512g so it’s approx $16 a month. Of course they don’t have the Samsung exclusive pink gold and I’m a pink girly. I ordered the sky blue from the carrier as it’s growing on me. I then canceled my Samsung order. First email says they couldn’t cancel, then I got a confirmation email about 20 min later saying it’s canceled. Well, 2 days later it shipped! Without the trade in for Samsung it’s about $60 month so I think I’m starting to like the sky blue much better. I’m not without a phone until I get one as I have an iPhone through my finances old job. Samsung shipped out the order! After the cancellation! I still want the buds but I’m aware Samsungs returns are Horrible. Should I just refuse delivery if possible and return everything and repurchase the buds? Do you think the carrier order will come sooner than 11th?
