Hacked Roblox account

Hello everyone. I would like to share my story about how my account got hacked and see if anyone maybe had the same experience. My account was hacked 2 years ago when I tried to log in on a fake roblox site (I know it was a dumb thing to do but I wasn't thinking). After that my email address and password were changed by someone from Indonesia. I have tried contacting roblox support at least 10 times but they say they can't prove my ownership. I have provided all the information about the account (date, username, old password, original email address, etc.) but they keep asking for a purchase bill. I have made a purchase back in 2019 but it was made from my mom's bank account and with her email address. My mom passed away 4 years ago so I no longer have access to either of those. I am unable to provide the reciept because of this. I have explained my situation to roblox support but they just reply with the same email telling me they are unable to prove ownership. If anyone has any advice or could help me please let me know. Thanks for reading
