Best ways to support husband through private and ground school

The title basically sums it up. My husband is making a career swap. He’s working his blue collar job right now (12 hour shifts and a painful amount of overtime). He is working on getting his private license now (studying for ground school when he’s on his break at work and flight hours on his off days). Whats the best way I can support him? I would love to make his life easier either through studying (any tips on helping him study would be nice) or some other way.
