Are shimano r7000 chainrings compatible with Claris r2000 or Sora r3000 cranksets?

I am looking for a cheap way to upgrade to 165mm cranks, I use a FSA 5 bolt crankset currently and the rest of my drivetrain is 105 5800 (including my fd).
