For 40 years, I lived a double life. By day, I was a marketing professional with a background in Clinical Psychology, building a career in a world that demands data and proof. But by night, and sometimes in the middle of a perfectly ordinary afternoon, I was grappling with experiences that my textbooks couldn't explain.

From near-death experiences to premonitions that actually came true, I spent years keeping these moments in a box. I didn't want to be the "mumbo-jumbo" person in the room. I didn't want to lose my grounding in the beautiful, modern life I worked so hard to build. So, I stayed quiet and protected my security.

I wrote Quiet All Along because I realized that keeping quiet doesn't make the unexplained go away. It just makes us feel alone in it. It makes us participants in our own shrinking.

I’m an indie author, yes, but more importantly, I’m a researcher of my own life. I don't care to be a guru or sit on a mountain. I want to understand. I want to learn how to work with the metaphysical while staying firmly planted in reality.

I’m sharing my story because I believe that if we talk about these things with humility and logic, we can finally get to the bottom of them. If you’ve ever felt that "quiet" pull of something more, or if you've had your own experiences that maybe you were too afraid to share, I’d be honored if you read my story. I wrote this for you!
