Zepto Delivery Guy asking for donation.

So I got my zepto ordered delivered a few minutes ago. The guy after handing over my order said that he needs some donation as his mother has a brain tumor and he is going to his village a tomorrow for the treatment. I asked him to show the report he showed the report of an 11 year old girl whose name is Anindita Hembram and the zepto guy's name is Ajahar Ali. After a few minutes I got a call from random number where a girl is asking me if the zepto delivery was succesful or not?

What kind of con are these people trying to pull with these kind of bs stories?
