What does blood pooling feel like?
I'm not diagnosed yet, but I think I do have POTS, though I don't know if those symptoms are actually from that. I often get this weird feeling in my legs, but it feels more like they (almost) fell asleep. From most descriptions I've seen, blood pooling feels mostly like pressure and heat? I'm not sure if they feel warmer, maybe a little bit sometimes, at least compared to the rest of my body. I don't think there's pressure, they mostly just feel... off? Tingling and discomfort, some weird weakness (that one often spreads to my whole body, especially when that feeling appears with some episode of worsening symtpoms, like after eating or something). Most of the time, I think I also feel overall worse when this happens, nausea, fatigue, brainfog, some dizziness and heart palpitations too (although my more dizziness / pre-syncope type symptoms are actually pretty mild, especially to how bad the other stuff gets, so I'm not sure if this is even related to POTS).
