Story elements bug?

Hello! I'm trying a new game and I noticed that after Flat Bottom and Sicilian Tiger released, I didn't get any new story elements. I'm sure in previous games I got at least "ambitious woman", "patriarchal figure" and "protagonists dreams crushed", maybe "runaway"? Anyone else experienced this? Don't wanna keep going if it's a bug. Thanks!
