Roomate refuses to pay rent on time

location: Alabama

for some quick context; im living in a 3 bed 2 bath house with my two roommates. roomate 1 is my ex, we moved into this house in September after being together for 4 1/2 years together and broke up only after 2 months living here (we had lived alone together in a previous apartment before this)

roomate 2 is my current boyfriend, he moved in with us in September as well (he moved from NC to live with us) we started dating a couple months after me and roomate 1 broke up.

So ever since we first moved in I was taking the responsibility of making sure all our bills got paid on time, my roommates would send me the money they owed, except roomate 1 was always late on her payments, but I would cover for her since we were together.

when we broke up she decided it would be her life goal to make my life as miserable as possible, so when I stopped helping her pay her half of the bills she started being late on all her payments, late payment=late fees and she thought it wasn't fair I would add the late fees to her payments

ever since December she has payed (or had other people pay for her) so last minute we would get letters from our property owner threatening legal action. when we started getting those letters I told her if she kept being late that I would contact the lease owner and have them evict her, cause I dont want an eviction on my credit.

she still continues to pay rent late so this month I decided that I would send her my portion of rent (all 3 of us have access with a mutual email to the residen portal) and she still has yet to pay rent, we received another letter today threatening legal action if we dont pay by the 10th

me and my bf are planning to move to his hometown at the end on our lease but that wont be until September, we cant afford to be evicted cause we dont have to funds to move yet, we all love paycheck to paycheck so if we get evicted me and my bf will be on the streets while she will go move in with her family that lives only 3 miles from us.

so legal reddit, what is my best couse of action here?

every time I try to call my leasing office I just get thrown into a loop hole with automated voice messages.
