Question about chargebacks

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my yearly nitro got renewed(even though I swear I canceled the renewal two times last year), so I went to discord suport[I misspelled it on purpose because of the subreddit bot]. Ofc they didn't help, the bot told me I was nor eligible for a refund and closed my ticket

So without thinking I opened up a claim with my bank because it is a lot of money for me. After a day I called my bank to cancel the claim. Just the other day I got a strike on my account for chargeback and ofc I called my bank because one: I never received the money back and two: I canceled that chargeback, they put me on a supervisor of the customer support people and he said he'll put it down for cancel and now today I got an email that said the claim can't be canceled.

Is the strike for the chargeback a one time thing or do you guys know if the money goes through they'll put another permanent strike that suspends my account? I admit this is mostly my fault but I do have proof that I was trying to cancel the claim if discord even accepts that.
