Help me find this book! It’s a friends to lovers and rural area book

I’ve been trying to find this book that i’ve read a few years ago. I remember the exact plot: a girl and her mom who has cancer move into a rural area and become really good friends with their neighbours who have 3 sons. One of them is a cousin (2 younger sons), the kids become really good friends and she falls in love with one of the boys, who also plays football. After high school the guy goes to the military and they continue dating but when he gets back he’s traumatized from a friends death in the military and funds it hard to be in a relationship with her so he leaves, and in the time that he’s gone she has a child with his cousin but when he comes back because he finds out his dad had a heart attack they figure it out and get back together.

Here are some extra details I remember:

- during the book the girls mom also dies so she moves in with the neighbours

- i think for someone’s birthday, he or she bought them a star and named the star after them

-the first scene was the protagonist telling her mom she didn’t wanna wear a dress to go to the neighbours house, over there the boys and the protagonist raced each other and did a bunch of other fun activities

-in school, there was a scene where the protagonist got her period, so the guy gave her his sweater to cover the stain on her pants

-the night her mom died, the girl was out on a run and then her and the guy were making out on the roof or something idk i don’t remember.. then she felt really guilty that she wasn’t there when her mom was dying. After that she kind of shut everyone out and wouldn’t talk to that guy until they got back together

I would really appreciate if someone told me the title of this book!
