Turning down driver
Hi all looking for some advice. I took up golf a year ago and have managed to get down to a 15 handicap. Always struggled to hit driver however in the past couple months I’ve finally learnt what a ‘driver’ swing is and it’s been revolutionary to my game.
I’m currently playing a ping g430 10K in 10.5 degrees of loft. I’m wondering if turning it down a few degrees would optimise my drives. I did a session with a trackman to get some numbers (not that I really understand them). My club head speed is around 105mph, launch angle 16.5, apex 117ft, attack angle +4.4 and spin around 3000.
TLDR; I think I need reduce the loft on my driver does anyone have any experience or advice about doing this?
