DFW Texas - Car photo shoot locations with nightime skyline of Dallas?

Hi there! I'm looking for photo shoot locations in Dallas, TX for some car photography sessions I have booked. Looking for garages with an upper deck that is in or near the downtown Dallas area. I know there is one by the Holocaust Museum but don't know the address. Also any parks with car access and the skyline would work. Let me know what you have!
