What can I expect for my first cruise on the Carnival Freedom during the first week of April?

First time cruiser here.... We booked a 4 night cruise (balcony room) with our 2 kids (ages 8 & 12) to the Bahamas (Celebration Key & Halfmoon Cay) on the Carnival Freedom for the first week of April leaving out of Port Canaveral.

I am assuming that it will be a sold out ship during that week? Should I prepare for a lot of kids and drunk adults? We will be on the ship for Easter Sunday as well. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Looking to enjoy some food, enjoy the islands and maybe drop the kids off at the kid's club so my husband and I can enjoy a show or two. We don't drink.

Also, will the water at the Bahamas be warm enough to swim in comfortably?
