Is my incision site healing ok? (Melanoma in situ)

33 year old male UK none smoker or drinker no current medication.

I recently had a mole removed that came back as a Melanoma in situ so I had to go back and have the wider margins removed. ( I originally had 1.2mm removed then 5mm after diagnosis) I've just taken the dressing off now a week later as I was told I was allowed and I'm wondering if its looking OK?

To my untrained eye it looks a little wet and im thinking of maybe covering it again for potentially another week? Ive had minimal pain during this time just slight discomfort once in a while. Any insight is greatly appreciated. The photo will be in the comments as imgur.com doesn't work in the UK anymore.
