Does chocolate causes cirrhosis?

Hey all,

I have just learned that my grandmas father died cirrhosis because of chocolate.

I am 41, my gradma’s (born in 35(RIP)) father was a military mountaineer (don’t know his age) and won a scholarship in Switzerland and became a chocolate addict there. He was not drinking nor ysed cigarettes however ate a pack of chocolate everyday and in his 40’s he died of cirrhosis.

Eating a pack of chocolate of course not the best but there are a lot of people consuming high sugary stuff these days as well so I am not sure if it is chocolate itself or what has been used in the past in chocolates. Does anyone have any idea about this?
