Pc starts but no image orange and red light on the motherboard

So when I start my pc there is no image and on the motherboard there is a orange light and then a red light yesterday my pc worked fine I tried to change ram slots take out the cpu and putted back in and changed the thermal paste I took out the battery and waited 10 minutes and put the battery back in can someone please help me I don’t know what to do anymore
