What is fair value for London?

I’m being offered Drake London for Rashee Rice and the 1.04. We are a start 2 QB league so Mendoza will probably go 1.02, so the 1.04 will be lemon/tate/tyson. Rice is so good when he plays but he’s an absolute problem off the field. I like lemon/tate, but London is also a beast. I also have the 1.01, so I will get love in the draft.
