[Mod Release] Synthesis version of NPC Stat Rescaler

So... after years of breaking Skyrim with other people’s mods - I finally uploaded my first little thing to Nexus.

It’s basically an updated Synthesis patcher version of NPC Stat Rescaler by tjhm4. I made it because I wanted to use the mod, couldn’t use zEdit (damn 255 plugin limit) and the only Synthesis port I found was a couple of versions behind.

Once I added the missing features and got the hang of the Mutagen libraries, I figured I could also improve a few things a bit - better filtering, explicit Survival Mode integration etc. In the end I decided I might as well share it and hopefully also bring some attention back to the original fantastic mod.

So yeah, it’s nothing huge, just a small patcher update, but I figured it might be useful in case someone else also wants to use tjhm4’s mod and can’t or doesn’t want to use zEdit.
