How often do people 12 their thesis courses?

Hey everyone,

I am thinking of doing a thesis next year, but I am a bit concerned about grading. Since it can be up to 15 units, anything below a 12 would be pretty bad for my cGPA, especially for grad schools. Any insight on this from people who have done a thesis before??
