Looking for a resource addon that supports vertical bars with bottom to top recharge animation

Hi all!

As per title. I would like to have my resource (runes on DK) displayed as bars instead of the usual circles on the default UI. Problem is, I've tried several class resource addons, like Sensei and Twintop, but none of them seem to support bottom to top recharge animations.

I would like to have my 6 runes displayed as individual (vertical) bars that recharge from bottom to top, is this possible with current addons?
