Questions about reapplication?

Hello everyone, I currently am on 3 waitlists for this current cycle but am trying to get prepared in case I need to reapply next cycle as I am getting paranoid about not getting in this year.

1. I understand that the personal statement needs to be rewritten but are we allowed to keep similar themes and add in our new experiences?

2. For the activity section, do we need to rewrite all of the activities sections or maybe just update current ones and add in new ones?

3. I understand we need some new letters of recommendation, however, are we able to keep some of the same from our past cycle. I had multiple open interviews where I was told that my letters of recommendation were great so I was wondering if I could reuse these.
