Bike buying help

I have 3l want to bike for daily use I'll be going college which is 30km one way from my home it's city and highway mix plus 20 30km extra for going gym and gedi. I'm thinking of speed 400 and rtr 310 any more options would be considered im 5'7 thinking of sports bikes excluding bajaj and ktm. Location delhi rohini india
