HMUA

Guys, anyone else having such a hard time dealing with HMUAs in the GTA? I have some that don't even want to get on a phone call (only email), one that said I can't do basic addition when I didn't understand how they got to their calculations, and another said we weren't emotionally compatible when I asked why they didn't provide touch up kits when other vendors do.

...like I'm just boggled. These aren't no name HMUAs as well. This is my least favorite part of planning my wedding and I'm just getting validated by meeting the most unprofessional vendors of my life.
