A Question Regarding Essences

Is the end game goal for Essences getting +3 on all stats? Like when farming them do we aim for the perfect essence that has +3 on all 3 of the stats?

Because if that's the case, the grind might just be insane. I've been farming for days now and the best one I got had +3 on main Stat with everything else at +1. I'm farming for Yvonne's signature weapon. Also farming the Essences on Valley IV.

Am I doing something wrong here? Does Wuling have better odds for getting the correct stats with +3 all around? I thought maybe I was doing something wrong by farming them in Valley IV because I did not get a single good one. Used up all my stamina stuff besides Origeometry as well lol
