Worried I'll get pregnant bc I missed 1 bc pill a weird way

I take Lo Loestrin Fe. I missed one pill (Thursday of my 2nd week) and instead of taking it asap, I didn't notice! So-- I missed Thursday's then took Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. I took the forgotten pill early either Sat/Sun as well as the regularly scheduled pill for that day. I had unprotected sex Friday and didn't use plan b bc I didn't realize I missed Thursday ): What do I do? Help plz 🙏

My pill pack is missing an extra pill so I probs took the 'missed' one after all but just in case.
